Guarantee and Returns Policy

All of U-PIC Products' products are fully guaranteed, so you can shop at our store with confidence.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply re-package the item/s together with the packing slip and return to us within 30 days, for your choice of a replacement or full refund. We would appreciate you indicating the reason why you are returning the goods.

Every effort is made to securely package all fragile goods in order to avoid breakage. If your purchase should suffer damage, please return the item with proof of purchase, for your choice of replacement or full refund.

We will notify you via email of your refund or replacement once we have received and processed the returned item. Unfortunately, postage charges are not refundable.
